Pasture-raised Bison
The nature of their muscle structure makes bison leaner animals than cattle, which are bred to produce meat with more internal fat. Bison meat has less saturated fatty acids (SFA) and more polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) and omega-3 fatty acids.
It is also richer in protein and has higher amounts of micronutrients like vitamin B12, zinc, iron, and selenium.
All bison are grass-fed and naturally raised. There are no added growth hormones

Pumpkin
